Assembly
Instructions
To avoid the possibility of
damaging the Clean Park®,
the garage floor must be clean and smooth.
1.
Clean the garage floor by sweeping and/or vacuuming
the area where the Clean Park® will be placed.
All debris must be removed. Any cracks in
the floor must either be repaired or covered with
duct tape to leave a smooth surface that will not
cut into the Clean Park®.
2. Lay out the Clean Park® with the name
facing up.
3. Attach the side pieces onto the long sides
of the Clean Park®:
a. Locate the long V-shaped side pieces.
Start at one of the corners closest to the garage
door. Slip the a long side piece onto the
vinyl sheeting until it touches the V-shaped corner
in the side piece. Align the edge of the vinyl
sheeting that is closest to the garage door, flush
with the edge of the side piece. See figure 1.
Next, press on the top of the side piece, using
your hand or your foot (much easier than using your
hand), until it snaps down and locks in place.

b. Slip another long side piece onto the vinyl
sheeting until the vinyl sheeting touches the V-shaped
corner in the side piece. Slide the side piece
onto the vinyl sheeting until it touches the previously
installed side piece. Next, press on the top
of the side piece until it snaps down and locks
in place. Repeat this step until you have
snapped side pieces down the entire length of the
vinyl sheeting. You should have 11ž2"
of vinyl sheeting protruding beyond the last side
piece at the back of the garage (opposite side of
the garage door). See figure
2. If you have more than 11ž2", use a
scissors and trim off the excess vinyl sheeting.

c. Repeat steps 3a. and 3b. along the opposite
side of the vinyl sheeting.
4. Attach the side pieces onto the back side
(opposite of the garage door) of the Clean Park®:
a. Locate the short V-shaped side pieces.
Starting at one of the corners, slip the edge piece
onto the vinyl sheeting so that it touches the V-shaped
corner in the side piece. Slide the side piece
towards the corner until the tops of both side pieces
are about 1/4" apart. See figure 3.
Next, press on the top of the side piece until it
snaps down and locks in place.

b. Slide another short side piece onto the
vinyl sheeting until the vinyl sheeting touches
the V-shaped corner in the side piece. Slide
the side piece onto the vinyl sheeting until it
touches the previously installed side piece.
Next, press on the top of the side piece until it
snaps down and locks in place.
c. Repeat this step until you have snapped
the remaining side pieces in place.
5. Attach the front ramp onto the Clean Park®:
a. Locate the piece that is flat on one side
with a round tube on the other side. Position
it underneath the vinyl sheeting on the left side
of the Clean Park®.

Figure

Overlap the flat side of the bottom piece with the
flat side of the side piece. Locate the two
top pieces, each having one rounded corner.
Position the top piece so that the rounded
corner will be positioned on top of the vinyl sheeting
along the side edge.

Next, align the top and bottom pieces and press
the top down onto the bottom piece, until the two
pieces snap together. Do not use the other
top piece with the rounded corner until step 5d.
b. Align another bottom piece under the vinyl
sheeting so that it touches the previously assembled
bottom piece. Snap another top piece onto
the bottom piece.
c. Repeat step 5b. until all of the segments,
except the last segment, are assembled.
d. Repeat step 5a to complete the last segment.
Warning:
Rocks and other sharp objects may puncture the Clean
Park®. To avoid punctures, regularly remove
debris by sweeping with a soft bristle broom.
Discoloration of the vinyl sheeting may occur over
time and does not affect the integrity of the material.
Tire imprints due to the weight of your vehicle
on the vinyl sheeting may occur and will not affect
your Clean Park®.
Cleaning
