How to Return

There will be a 8% restocking charge, if it is not an equal exchange.

The seats have a 16% restocking charge.

There are four important things to remember:

  1. Call the Returns Department at 1(952) 944-2381 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Complete a Return Label and put it on the outside of the shipping box with the authorization number. No credit will be given without prior authorization. All returns are subject to approval by the management of AutoToyStore.com.
  2. Return the product in the original box with a copy of the invoice. All new merchandise must be in its original salable condition when received at .AutoToyStore.com. Please be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer sent with the merchandise.
  3. Ship using UPS, RPS, US Mail, or a similar service. All returns must be sent prepaid. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser. No collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the part for full value to protect yourself against loss.
  4. After you have received your "return Authorization" please send all returns to the following address: AutoToyStore.com. 8058 Kentucky Avenue South, Bloomington, MN. 55438. Note: Credit card refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Returned item(s) must meet manufacturers warranty criteria as stated above.

How to Return Items Damaged in Shipping

  1. To return product due to shipping damage caused by RPS, please call 1 (800) 762-3725. RPS will send a return tag directly to you. The product will be sent to RPS for inspection. The damage claim will be determined within four weeks.
  2. To return product due to shipping damages by caused Federal Express, please call 1 (800) 463-3339 to initiate the claim. The procedures vary depending upon individual circumstances.
  3. To return product due to shipping damage caused by any other carrier, please call our returns department at 1(952) 944-2381

High Performance Parts

Unless otherwise specified, the manufacturer warrants most performance parts for 90 days from the date of purchase. If parts are used for racing or competition, they are warranted against manufacturer's defects only. Performance parts are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. If you would like to return any parts, other than cores, please call our Returns Department at 1(952) 944-2381 to obtain a Return Authorization before you ship or attempt to return them. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used, modified, or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions will not be eligible for warranty or refund consideration. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions.

Non-High Performance Parts

Unless otherwise specified, the manufacturer and/or AutoToyStore.com warrant many original equipment replacement parts, for 30 days, depending on the manufacturer, from the date of purchase. If parts are used for racing or off-road use, they are warranted against manufacturer's defects only. If you would like to return any parts, other than cores, please call our Returns Department at 1(888) 504-0280 before you ship or attempt to return them to AutoToyStore.com. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used, modified, or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions will not be eligible for warranty or refund consideration. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions

Core Return Policy/How to Return a Core

When returning a core, there are eight important things to remember:

  1. Remove any items from old unit (core) that may be needed for proper installation of replacement part.
  2. Empty fluids from core as much as possible.
  3. Put core in bag (if provided) and seal.
  4. Put bagged core in original box and seal.
  5. Fill out the CORE RETURN sticker with your name, the part number, and the invoice number.
  6. Place sticker on box. Do not place over tape.
  7. Return the core to AutoToyStore.com (See the "How to Return" section of this page for detailed instructions)
  8. Core value will be credited upon receipt and inspection of core.

ATTENTION: PROPER CORE VALUE MAY NOT BE CREDITED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS

  1. Core credits will only be given for units returned in the container the new product was delivered in. We cannot accept returns in nonstandard packaging.
  2. Core credits will only be issued for the exact number of units purchased. The core credit will not exceed the original core deposit.
  3. Cores must be returned within 60 days of new product delivery to be eligible for core credit.
  4. Core credit may not be given depending on condition. Cores that are returned in weathered or rusted condition, or with broken, cracked, or damaged housings are not eligible for credit. Cores returned for credit must be complete and fully assembled. No credit on returns with missing parts, bent shafts or disassembled units will be given.
  5. Core credit will not be given if the returned core does not match the part number purchased. Returned cores must match the units sold (this is known as a "like for like" policy).
  6. Core credit will not be given in the event of an invalid or missing invoice number.
  7. Core credit will not be given if core does not arrive at AutoToyStore.com. All cores that are deemed ineligible for credit will be returned to sender freight collect.
